Junior Sept Series Week 5
The Junior September Series will take place over five Sundays in September, weather permitting.
Racing will take place in Kilrush Marina. The competition is open to privately owned boats and club boats are also available to rent. Races will consist of a mix of windward leeward and triangular courses. Briefing will take place at clubhouse at 1300 hrs sharp each Sunday and races will start by 1330 hrs.
Places are strictly limited in each class.
This event is open to visiting sailors. Entry fee for RWYCI Club Members is €40 per junior sailor using a club boat and €30 per junior sailor using a privately owned boat. Entry fee for visiting sailors is €40. Visitors must be members of an Irish Sailing Category 1 club.
Scoring will take place under the Portsmouth Yardstick (PY) handicap scheme. Results can be viewed weekly on the club website.
